What your Conveyancing Officer does for you:
- Prepares all the relevant documents including the transfer of land, settlement statement and notifies the various authorities of the change in ownership
- Liaise with the lending institutions and other 3rd parties such as solicitors and settlement agents involved in the transaction
- Arrange payment of the shire, water and land tax accounts and, if applicable, stamp documents at the State Revenue Department
- Manage the time and date for settlement
