Whether you want to transfer the balance from another card to a Bankwest card, change your credit limit, add some protection to your card, or set up a Direct Debit Request to pay your card off, you can do it all here.
If you wish to add an additional cardholder you can do so by completing and mailing an Additional CardHolder Request to us at Bankwest Card Services, Reply Paid, PO Box 8411, Perth BC WA 6849.
To dispute a transaction on your credit card, complete the Credit Card Transaction Dispute Form and fax it to us on 1300 765 515, mail to us at the above address or visit any Bankwest Store.
