If you wish to add an additional cardholder you can do so by completing and mailing an Additional CardHolder Request to us at BankWest Card Services, Reply Paid, PO Box 8411, Perth BC WA 6849.
To dispute a transaction on your credit card, complete and mail a Credit Card Transaction Dispute Form to us at the above address, or visit any BankWest Store.
