St Andrew's Credit Card Protection gives you affordable peace of mind. For just $0.45 for every $100 of your outstanding credit card balance each month, we'll pay 6% of your outstanding balance each month if you're not able to work because of an accident, sickness or involuntary unemployment. 

And if your statement balance is zero, you won't be charged a premium at all.
