Direct Charging Information

12 March 2009

Bankwest is participating in national reforms that will enable customers to see how much they are charged for using ATMs not owned by Bankwest or The Commonwealth Bank. All Australian financial institutions are introducing these reforms as part of a Reserve Bank of Australia initiative to boost transparency of ATM charges. Direct Charging will be introduced on 3 March.

Please note: Bankwest will not charge its customers any ATM fees when they use another bank's ATM.
