How Bankwest is helping customers affected by the bushfires

Bankwest is working with its customers, colleagues and community to provide support to victims of the Victorian bushfires.

Every customer's circumstance is different and we will work with our customers individually to assess and support their needs.  We have a team of specialists available who are skilled in helping customers' specific needs.

If you have been affected by the bushfires, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss relief options best suited to your circumstances. Please call Bankwest's dedicated bushfire support team on 1300 556 554, or go to any Bankwest branch.
