The award, which was voted on by a panel of ten brokers, puts BankWest Business ahead of our competitors in a number of categories.
BankWest was named best in the market in terms of interest rate, approval time, reasonable fees, ease of writing the loan and Loan to Valuation Ratio (LVR), which assesses clients' suitability to borrow.
CBD's Head of Business Banking Julie Rynski said the award was recognition of our strong customer focus and leading edge products.
"Our philosophy is to offer customers products that are straightforward and real value-for-money, supported by reliable and consistent service. Business Edge is one of our flagship products in the SME market," said Julie.
"It's extremely important for brokers to have faith not just in our products but in the service behind it.
"We have worked very hard over the past 12 months on improving our approval and processing times, which are currently the best in the market. Brokers are an important channel for us to reach customers and as we continue to grow our business, we are delighted at this vote of confidence from them."
