What is the difference between a Master User, Administrator User and an Employee User?
Online Business Banking enables you to choose which Users can access your accounts and the level of access they can have. For example, you may want to give limited access to a bookkeeper, accountant or finance clerk.
- A "Master User" means a person who is authorised by the Account Holder as a signatory of a Nominated Account, and is authorised to create and authorise Payments and Direct Debits, and create Administrator Users and Employee Users.
- An "Administrator User" means a person who is authorised by a Master User to have a limited level of access to Online Business Banking and its various functions. A Master User can delegate all or any part of the Master User's authority, apart from the authority to authorise Payments or Direct Debits.
- An "Employee User" means a person who is authorised by a Master User or an Administrator User to have a limited level of access to Online Business Banking and its various functions.

Sign and mail the form to your Business Manager or our Business Online Support Team at PO Box 8093, Perth Stirling Street, Western Australia 6849.
Why can't I transfer funds to my credit card accounts at other banks?
At the moment, direct payments to credit cards issued to you by other banks can't be made via Online Business Banking because of the different ways that banks format their credit card Account Numbers.
One way round this challenge is by using BPAY - it's worth checking whether your other credit cards can accept BPAY payments.
How do I change the name of my accounts to something more appropriate to my business?
