 The options for BankWest Business customers in New South Wales are:

Dedicated Managers

Our Business Banking Managers have been selected for their business finance knowledge and experience. They take the time to get to know their customers' business to find the best products and services to meet their needs. Each customer has direct access to a dedicated manager.

Business Centres

Full service banking specialists, dedicated managers who understand the local community, and business teller facilities (in selected centres) are based at our BankWest Business Centres in Sydney, Chatswood, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Orange, Paramatta, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga, Kingsgrove, Norwest and Wetherill Park. ATMs

You can use your BankWest ATM card to withdraw cash from any of our branches or from any ATM and EFTPOS machine throughout Australia. Daily withdrawal limits on ATM and EFTPOS machines help safeguard your funds. Withdrawals from affiliated ATMs are free of other bank ATM fees. (Our ATM affiliates are: Commonwealth Bank in NSW, TAS and the ACT; Westpac in VIC; Bank of Queensland in QLD; and BankSA in SA.) Find your nearest BankWest ATM by using our locator tool.

Australia Post

Over the counter deposit of cheques, together with cash deposits (in selected rural locations only) can be made at selected Australia Post outlets. Full details of the locations can be found on the Australia Post website. Your Business Banking Manager will provide you with a bar coded deposit book which must be used for all transactions at Australia Post outlets. In locations where cash is accepted, cash deposits are limited to amounts of up to $3,000 per customer per day. When depositing cash please ensure notes are in flat bundles of 10 or 100, and that coins are bagged with only one denomination of coin per bag. The total amount must be marked on each bag. Please note, Australia Post outlets cannot accept third party cheque deposits or credit card merchant envelopes.

Commonwealth Bank

Cheque deposits (i.e. no cash) via Commonwealth Bank's Quick Deposit service can be made at any NSW Commonwealth Bank branch. Your Business Banking Manager will provide you with Quick Deposit Envelopes and a MICR encoded deposit book for all transactions.

By Mail

Although we realise that our in-person services best meet your needs for fast and efficient business banking, we can also offer a deposit-by-mail facility. Cheques should be sent to BankWest PO Box N122, Grosvenor Place, Sydney NSW 1220.
